How is your pricing structured?
Our fee schedule is based on the services rendered as well as the size of the dog. Small dog bath $30 with hair cut $60 Medium dog bath $35 with hair cut $75 Large dog bath $40 with hair cut $90 XLarge dog bath $45 with hair cut $105 XXLarge dog $50 with hair cut $120
Do you charge an extra fee to
work with an anxious dog?
NO. We know that every dog, no matter their breed, will have grooming needs for their entire life. Our hope is to positively impact each dog that we have the pleasure to work with. We will not charge an extra fee to help an anxious or over stressed dog. Sometimes we might need to schedule your dog to come back for a repeat visit in order to accomplish all the tasks needed for their well being.
Do you accept debit/credit card payments?
Yes, we are happy to accept your card payment. We do have a $3 convenience fee for the use of our merchant service. We also happily accept cash payment for services rendered with no additional convenience fee.
Do I have to have an appointment?
Yes, all pups are groomed by appointment only. If you have a grooming urgency please reach out by text message immediately. We will do our very best to get you in ASAP.
How do I know the size category of my dog?
We base your dogs size category using a scale of 20 pound increasing increments Up to 20 lbs = small dog 21 to 40 lbs = medium dog 41 to 60 lbs = large dog 61 to 80 lbs = Xlarge dog over 80 lbs =XXlarge dog
What if my dog is overdue for grooming?
We understand that sometimes life happens fast. We do not use shame for communicating with people or animals. If your pet is overdue for grooming reach out for help! Don't wait! We are going to do our best to bring your pet back into a healthy grooming schedule.
What can I do to help keep my pup clean?
We would love to help you learn how to keep your pet clean and tangle free between grooming sessions. Especially, if your pup has a long hair coat or is a doodle, we want to guide you with instructions on proper coat care. We are happy to make recommendations on products and tools for home use that will be beneficial and not damaging to your dog's coat. We are happy to help. Just ask.
What if I need a morning appointment?
Don't let our published hours keep you from reaching out by text for an appointment in the morning. We do our very best to coordinate a time for grooming that is mutually beneficial to our groomer and our client pawrents.
